What flight tracking apps does Monkey use?
- Monkey uses Flightaware, ADSBExchange, FlightRadar24, and SkyGlass by Aviarlabs.
Orders
Do you accept returns?
- All clothing items are made-to-order and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or otherwise incorrect.
- All other products can be returned for a refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of arrival as long as they have not been opened or used.
I have an issue with an order, who do I contact?

Where do my orders ship from?
- All clothing is shipped from our third-party distributor here in the US, who has various locations to ship from based on the origin of the order.
- Various coffees are shipped from our roasting partner directly.
- All other products are shipped directly from Monkey in the Werx Shop here in Texas.

Subscriptions
Do I get a discount if I subscribe to monthly shipments of soap or coffee?
Yes! If you opt in to monthly shipments, you will get a discount of 10%!
I have a membership; how do I edit my current subscription?
- On any page of monkeywerxus.com, tap the person logo at the top right to open your account.
- From there you will see the orders you've made with your account. Choose "Manage Subscription."
- You will see all of your product subscriptions from this page. You can choose to pause your subscription for a month or cancel it all together. You can also choose the "See more details" option to edit specifics like your shipping address and general subscription frequency. Additionally, you can add, remove, or swap products for the subscription.
How do I update my payment method for my subscription?
- All subscriptions use ShopPay, you'll have to update that payment info from shop.app/pay/account.
- From here, you can choose your active MonkeyWerx Subscription.
- Once you're on the subscription page, you can choose to "Edit Payment Method" at the bottom of the page.

Yes! You can support Monkey on Patreon and get a bunch of extra content and benefits.
I have a membership; how do I change my subscription tier to a different one?
On Desktop, you can follow these steps while on your member profile:
- Locate and click on MonkeyWerx under Memberships from the left-side navigation
- Click on the Memberships tab on Monkey's page.
- Scroll down and below Upgrade your membership, you'll find all the options for upgrading to a higher tier.
- If you'd like to switch to a lower tier, click on More tiers.
- Select the tier you want to change to and click on the Change tier button.
- Review the payment details and order summary, and once you're ready, click on Subscribe now.
I want to update my payment method on Patreon, how do I do that?
On desktop, follow these steps on your member profile:
- Click the Settings from the life sidebar navigation.
- From the menubar, click on More > Payment Methods.
- Click on the Edit button next to your credit card.
- Re-enter your credit card details with your updated expiration date, CVV, or billing zip code.
- Click on Add to confirm.
