Brewing Recommendations
Hot Brew
• Water temp: 200–212°F (93–100°C)
• Tea: 1 tsp (2–2.5 g) per 8 fl oz cup
• Steep: 3–4 minutes (lighter), 4–5 minutes (stronger)
Iced Earl Grey
• Brew double strength (4–5 g per 8 oz hot water, 5 minutes).
• Pour over ice, top with cold water, add lemon if desired.
Cold Brew
• 2 heaping tsp (8–10 g) per 17 fl oz (500 ml) cold water.
• Steep in fridge 6–12 hours, strain, enjoy smooth & refreshing.

• London Fog: Strong Earl Grey + steamed milk + hint of vanilla.
