Starting off this coffee is a darker roast than what I would have thought. It seems to be a traditional style roast in my opinion, but that’s just my opinion. The taste taste just like a dark roast straight from the bag, it is good but Monkey has some other amazing coffee’s so if you’re looking just for a classic coffee this is it
